MeMyBias reports are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They do not constitute — and must not be relied upon as — professional advice of any kind, including financial, medical, psychological, legal, or career advice. Do not make important life decisions based solely on content from this service.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MeMyBias (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Lifestrategylab (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Seoul, South Korea. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's consent.

3. What the Service Provides

MeMyBias generates AI-assisted birth chart interpretations by combining K-Saju (Korean Four Pillars) and Western astrology data. The Service provides:

• A free “Core Type” snapshot generated from your birth data
• Paid written reports (“Basic” and “Premium”) delivered digitally
• Account-based re-access to purchased reports

Report content is generated by AI (Anthropic Claude) and is based on interpretive traditions, not empirical science. Accuracy or outcomes are not guaranteed.

4. Purchases & No-Refund Policy

All purchases are one-time payments for digital content delivered immediately upon purchase confirmation.

• All sales are final. Due to the immediate delivery of digital goods, we do not offer refunds.
• Exception: If a verified technical error prevented delivery of your purchased report, contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
• Prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes (including EU VAT) are calculated automatically at checkout by Stripe Tax.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing. Changes do not affect already-purchased reports.

5. User Accounts

• Accounts are created via Google OAuth. No passwords are stored by us.
• You are responsible for the security of your Google account and any activity under your MeMyBias account.
• One account per person. Do not share your account or attempt to access others' accounts.
• You may delete your account at any time via My Reports → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
• We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract report content at scale
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute report content
• Submit false or misleading birth data to generate reports for others commercially
• Circumvent rate limits, payment checks, or access controls
• Interfere with the Service or its infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property

All Service content — including the website design, Core Type archetypes, report structure, prompt methodology, and generated text — is owned by Lifestrategylab or its licensors.

Your license: Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and read your report. You may share brief excerpts (up to 150 words) on personal social media with attribution to MeMyBias.

You may not reproduce reports in full, sell them, or use them to create derivative products without our written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) the reports will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose; (c) any defects will be corrected. Astrology and K-Saju interpretations are traditional systems — they are not scientifically validated predictive tools.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFESTRATEGYLAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $20, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lifestrategylab and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third-party providers including Supabase, Anthropic, Stripe, and others (see our Privacy Policy for the full list). These providers have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their actions with respect to your data.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed by contacting us at lifestrategylab100@gmail.com. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, South Korea.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will notify account holders by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
